Welcome to ARedLetterMission.com, I’m glad you stopped by.

The “Red Letter”s come from versions of the bible where Jesus’s spoken words are printed in red to indicate he’s speaking.  Red-Letter Christians are Christians who are dedicated to open dialogue about every social issue, especially those indicated in Christ’s actual spoken teaching.  For example, there are over 2,000 verses in the bible that speak on Poverty.

This is a blog dedicated to attempting to restore and recover what it means to be a Christian and a believer in Christ.  It is also dedicated to changing the tone of the conversation back to one of Love, mutual respect and understanding.  I hope to delve into the issues and problems of the modern faith community and attempt to convey these in an informative and enjoyable fashion. Since there are a multitude of issues facing Christians and non-Christians alike, let me know if there’s something you’d like me to cover in a post.
